Were looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Austin Texas in the summer of 2027. In this role you will work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to assist in talent acquisition recruitment and human resources processes. #LI-DNI What Youll Do Work closely with Recruiters on strategic sourcing projects for roles across the business using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with potential candidates Input candidate data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support the Talent team with Co-op and Intern recruitment Work with the HR team on tasks and projects related to onboarding career framework and training and development Support the Workplace Experience Manager in creating a welcoming and functional office environment including assistance withemployee experience initiatives that enhance day-to-day operations What Youll Bring These roles are open to students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program with a preference for students in a Human Resources or Organizational Design program or recent graduates. Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.
