Purpose of Position

To support the Human Resource department in various tasks related to employee documentation recruitment and management.

Major Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR department with various tasks related to employee documentation recruitment and management.

• Acting as a liaison between employees and management ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests.

• Assisting the recruitment and hiring process including screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Supporting HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Resolving HR-related queries and doubts for employees across the organization.
