Key Responsibilities
*Onboarding: Manage the new hire process background checks and I-9 verification for all retail store associates.
* Compliance: Maintain digital employee files and ensure adherence to local labor laws scheduling regulations and wage guidelines.
* Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for store managers and associates regarding payroll benefits and policy questions.
* HRIS Management: Update employee data status changes and promotions in our HR systems.
*Offboarding: Coordinate the exit process and documentation for departing team members.
Qualifications * 12 years of HR experience ideally in a retail hospitality or customer-facing environment.
*Strong knowledge of hourly workforce dynamics and multi-unit retail operations.
* Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize urgent store needs.
*Proficiency with Winteam and APD platforms
