AsHR Coordinator youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Entering and maintaining employee data in payroll and HR systems (positions life cycle events)
• Supporting full-cycle hourly recruitment onboarding and exit processes
• Acting as a resource for employees on HR programs benefits and disability management
• Managing payroll-related activities employment trackers and short-term disability files
• Supporting workforce planning training coordination and maintaining the training matrix
• Coordinating temporary staffing and assisting with employee engagement initiatives
• Responding to HR payroll and systems-related inquiries from employees and supervisors
• Weekly and monthly finance reporting and inventory support

Youre a natural fit forHR Coordinatorif you have:

• 13 years of experiencein a similar HR role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Education in Human Resources (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• A high level of autonomy discretion and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of employment standards health & safety regulations disciplinary procedures and disability management
