Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: 3131 Main St Lafayette IN 47905

(100% onsite; may transition to hybrid or remote after a few months based on performance).

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team at Lafayette IN. This role is dedicated to supporting the interview and hiring process through strong coordination and administrative skills. The focus is strictly on coordination not recruiting.

Experience: Less than 3 years (not more than 3).
Education: High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview & Hiring Coordination:
  1. Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring efficient calendar management.
  2. Manage all logistics related to the hiring process.
  3. Provide support for HR coordination activities (no recruiting responsibilities).
• Administrative Support:
  1. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling communication and documentation.
  2. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Less than 3 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite with potential for hybrid or remote work based on performance.

Interview Process

• 1st Round: Teams video interview.
• 2nd Round: In-person interview.
• Two rounds total; urgent need.

Additional Notes

• Strong emphasis on coordination skills particularly using Microsoft Outlook.
• This role does not include recruiting duties.
