Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will assist with employee records onboarding benefits administration HR documentation payroll coordination compliance support and employee inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Prepare employment documentation offer letters HR forms and other correspondence.

Coordinate new-hire paperwork background checks and employment verification.

Assist with benefits enrollment and employee benefits questions.

Maintain HR databases and employee information systems.

Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee information and timely processing.

Track employee attendance leave and time-off records.

Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.

Assist with performance review and employee development processes.

Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Support compliance with applicable federal state and local employment requirements.

Prepare HR reports spreadsheets and other administrative documents.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Assist the HR team with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.

24 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.

Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment procedures.

Familiarity with HRIS payroll and applicant-tracking systems.

Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
