This is ahands-on leadership roleresponsible for bothhousekeeping and laundry operations.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations including inspections assignments and workflow
• Actively support the team by cleaning rooms and assisting in laundry as needed
• Ensure all guest rooms public areas and linens exceed brand standards
• Ensure all guest rooms are clean guest-ready and available accurately and on time
• Recruit train and develop a strong housekeeping and laundry team
• Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage labor scheduling based on occupancy and business demand
• Take ownership of Cost Per Occupied Room (CPOR) including labor and all related departmental expenses

What Were Looking For

• Hotel housekeeping experience with laundry experience required (leadership experience preferred)
• A leader who is hands-on accountable and consistent
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to motivate a team while holding them accountable
• Willingness to work weekends holidays and support the operation as needed
