Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean comfortable and welcoming guest rooms while meeting hotel brand standards and providing an excellent guest experience.

• Clean and service guest rooms bathrooms and assigned areas according to hotel standards.

• Change bed linens make beds replace towels and replenish guest amenities.

• Dust vacuum mop and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.

• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness presentation and readiness for arriving guests.

• Report maintenance issues damaged items and missing amenities to the appropriate department.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Properly handle cleaning chemicals equipment linens and supplies.

• Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate special needs to management.

• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.

• Follow lost-and-found procedures and protect guest privacy and belongings.

• Complete assigned rooms within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

• Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team Front Desk and Engineering.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Dependable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and established hotel procedures.

• Professional attitude and good communication skills.

• Ability to work weekends holidays and flexible shifts as needed.

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with housekeeping with reasonable accommodations as required by law.
