Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of apartments common areas amenities and other assigned areas. The role will also clean and prepare apartments after contractors complete their work ensuring units are ready for immediate move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean apartments common areas hallways amenities and other assigned areas.
• Perform sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and sanitizing.
• Clean kitchens bathrooms appliances and other interior areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments after contractor work for immediate move-in.
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Remove trash and maintain clean organized spaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance issues damages and safety concerns to management.
• Follow cleaning health and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for residents and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional communication and attitude.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and lift cleaning supplies and equipment.
