About the Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean safe and welcoming environments throughout our treatment campus. Youll work across various settingsfrom medical units to patient living spacesand play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented motivated and service-minded. No experience requiredwell train you.
What Youll Do
* Clean and disinfect patient rooms bathrooms offices and common areas using provided procedures and equipment.
* Sweep mop vacuum dust and sanitize surfaces and furnishings.
* Change bed linens and remove trash from patient rooms and facilities.
* Replenish toiletries and paper products to support patient and staff comfort.
* Move lightweight furniture to clean thoroughly behind and underneath.
* Identify and report property damage maintenance issues or safety concerns.
* Occasionally assist with housekeeping at nearby facilities as needed.
* Attend required meetings and follow cleanliness standards and housekeeping metrics.
What Were Looking For
* Reliable transportation
* Attention to detail and strong time management
* Physical stamina: able to bend kneel squat and lift up to 20 lbs
* Friendly respectful attitude and good communication skills
* Pride in cleaning and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
* Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
* Experience in a healthcare or residential facility preferred
* Familiarity with cleaning tools or equipment preferred
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)
