Hotel Laundry Attendant Day Shift

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time Assignment

TempStaff is currently recruiting dependable and experienced Laundry Attendants for a hotel client. This position is ideal for candidates with previous custodial janitorial housekeeping or laundry experience who are seeking a stable day-shift opportunity.

The selected candidate will be responsible for processing hotel linens towels bedding and other laundry items while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.

• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Must be available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
• Schedule rotates weekly
• Employees receive two days off per week but days off will vary based on operational needs
• Flexibility and reliable attendance are required

• Sort wash dry fold and distribute hotel linens and towels
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect laundry items for stains damage or excessive wear
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry work area
• Follow all safety sanitation and hotel quality standards
• Assist with linen inventory and storage as needed
• Complete additional duties assigned by hotel management

• Previous experience in Custodial Janitorial Housekeeping Laundry or a related field is required
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable work history and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend reach and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
