Something special is coming to Muncieand were looking for friendly caring Guest Services Representatives to help bring it to life. The Cantio a new 97-room boutique hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton will offer inviting places to stay dine and gatherfrom a cozy café to a rooftop restaurant and lounge.

As part of our opening team youll help create our very first guest experiences. Whether youre welcoming a visitor sharing a local recommendation or helping resolve a concern youll make The Cantio a place guests want to return to.

How Youll Make a Difference

• Make every welcome count. Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with care and accuracy.

• Be a helpful guide. Assist with reservations answer questions and share hotel amenities and local recommendations.

• Make each stay personal. Listen to guest needs respond thoughtfully to concerns and follow through on requests.

• Take care of the details. Process payments maintain accurate guest accounts and protect guest privacy.

• Work as one team. Partner with Housekeeping Maintenance and other departments to coordinate room readiness and guest requests.

• Help set the stage. Keep the front desk organized and welcoming and participate in training to prepare for opening day.

What You Bring

• A welcoming personality and a genuine desire to help others.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.

• The ability to stay calm and organized while assisting guests and balancing tasks.

• Dependability and a team-focused attitude.

• Availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Customer service or hotel experience is a pluswere happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn!
