- Lead train and develop the hospitality team to deliver a world-class luxury spa experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions on customer service guest relations and operational procedures.
- Mentor staff and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members perform at their best.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service from check-in to departure anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all hospitality services.
- Monitor staff schedules attendance and productivity to optimize workforce management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness service and overall spa ambiance in line with luxury expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing budgets controlling costs and optimizing revenue without compromising service quality.
- Oversee inventory control for hospitality-related supplies and amenities.
- Collaborate with senior management to report on performance metrics guest feedback and operational issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3 years) in hospitality management preferably within a luxury spa or hotel setting.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and training.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of spa or wellness center operations.
- Experience with budgeting inventory control and cost management.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software.
