• Ensure accuracy in medical records and client communication

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities
• Partner with leadership on profitability productivity and growth strategies

• Leadership or management experience required
• Veterinary medical or service industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams (10 employees)
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
