Youll step into a field-based hospice role focused on assessments symptom management care planning patient and family education and interdisciplinary coordination. Youll have independence in the field while remaining connected to a supportive hospice team.

What makes you a great fit
You hold an active Georgia RN license
You maintain current CPR certification
You have recent nursing experience ideally in home care or hospice
Youre comfortable assessing patients and managing symptoms independently
You communicate effectively with patients families physicians and your care team
You have a valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting around $92000 with consideration for experience
Mileage reimbursement
$60 monthly cell phone stipend
