Our client is offering the following benefits:

• Annual Salary: $60000-$75000 Based on
• Health Insurance
• I Pad
• Monthly Vehicle Stipend @72.5 Cents per MIle
• Company Vehicle After 90 Days
• PTO- 21 Days Including Holidays
• Retirement Package: 401(k) Match After First Year

Responsibilities:

• Travel to SNF Assisted Living and Home
• Under Direction of The RN Assist in Identifying Patients Physical Psycho Social and Environmental Needs.
• Provides Services Ordered by Physician
• Participates in Training
• Demonstrates Commitment and Professional Growth
• Case Load 40 to 50 Patients Per Week

Requirements:

• Registered in the State of Texas
• 1 Year of Home Health Experience-Preferred
• Oasis
• Familiarity with EMR systems -Preferred
• Coverage Area Allen Plano Wylie Garland McKinney Richardson Rowlett and Sachse

Location:

Suburb of Dallas the city is home of The University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor.
