Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Troy MI. As a Home Care Worker you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients privacy at all times.

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate patient and reliable personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.

• Competitive pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid twice a month.
