Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Oak Park this role you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference every day.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
