Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in Canton MI. As a Home Care Assistant you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients health and well-being.
• Support mobility and transfer needs ensuring safety at all times.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning laundry and organizing.
• Communicate regularly with family members and supervisors about client status and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with compassion.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Canton MI.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet company standards.
