In this role youll play a key part in engaging and building relationships with candidates and employers while learning the fundamentals of recruiting talent solutions and business development in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Outreach: Engage candidates through phone calls LinkedIn messaging email campaigns and strategic outreach

• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive communication and relationship building

• Candidate Qualification: Assess candidate experience motivations skills and career goals to align with open opportunities

• Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process

• Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities clearly and use persuasive communication to move candidates through the process

• CRM & Process Management: Maintain accurate activity candidate records and workflow tracking within Bullhorn

• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing coaching training sessions and professional development opportunities

What Theyre Looking For:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

• 1 years of professional experience

• Background in recruiting sales business development customer service or other relationship-driven roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive proactive and motivated by results

• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work onsite in our office located in Solon OH

• Work from home program (1 day earned per month/up to 12 days per year)
