PrimaryResponsibilities

• Supportprojectbiddingandprocurementactivities.
• PlanadministerandsuperviseHighway/HeavyCivilconstructionprojects.
• Maintainexcellentrelationshipswithprojectpartners-ownerconsultantssubcontractors--throughconstantcommunicationandconsistentprofessionalbehavior.
• Establishandmaintainsafeworkingconditions;implementandenforcecorporatesafetypoliciesandprocedures.
• Coordinateallphasesofprojectconstructionensuringworkisperformedontimeandwithinbudgetproactivelyidentifypotentialdelaysandaddressconflicts.
• Negotiateandprocessextraworkclaimschangeorderssupplementalagreementsandvalueengineeringconcepts.
• Trackandmonitorsubcontractorworkandbillings.

• 50feetanddepthsofupto80feetattheconstructionsites.

PhysicalDemands

• (withandwithoutassistance)feelobjectstools(ofvaryingsizeandweight).

RequiredEducationExperienceKnowledgeSkillsandAbilities

• BachelorsCivilEngineering/ConstructionManagementdegreeorequivalentcombinationoftechnicaltrainingandexperience.
• 3yearsProjectManagement/ConstructionManagementexperience;diversifiedHighway/HeavyCivilConstructionexperiencepreferred;Design-Buildprojectexperienceaplus.
• ExperienceusingHCSSHeavyJoborsimilarProjectManagementsoftwareaplus.
• Excellentleadershiporganizationcommunicationandnegotiatingskills.
