Job Summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a recruiter with prior high-volume experience sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for roles within theconstruction / skilled trades industry.

Location:Austin TX
Salary Range:$/yr (depending on experience)
Incentive:$2500-$3500 in monthly incentives/commission
Hours:40 hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing screening and interviewing
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards referrals social media and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
Accurately maintain candidate data employee files and compliance requirements
Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Qualifications

2 years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles(we arenotconsidering those with primarily light industrial manufacturing hospitality healthcare IT tech etc. backgrounds)
Strongsourcing skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
Bilingual a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
