High Speed Test Design Engineer- 2 Positions

Location: Irvine CA

Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Experience Required:

• 4-7 years of experience in Electronics Circuit Design Testing & Development
• Aerospace/Aerospace & Defence experience preferred
• Proficient in Board bring up debugging Engineering validation testing System integration testing EMI/EMC testing and Environmental testing
• Analysing field failures finding root cause and providing solutions.
• High Speed Board Testing Experience like using the High-end Oscilloscope (16GHz) able to perform Eye-pattern and Jitter measurements for High Speed Interfaces like PCIe Gen4 10G Ethernet

Key Responsibilities

• High-Speed Digital Circuit Design and Board-Level Power Supply Design
• Requirement analysis and preparation of design documents (HRD HLD LLD PDR CDR DDR)
• Component selection schematic design PCB layout review and simulation
• Prototype development board bring-up debugging and system integration
• Engineering Validation Testing (EVT) DVT EMI/EMC and Environmental Testing

Field failure analysis root cause investigation and corrective actions
