- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings including new consults follow-ups and chemotherapy management.
- Oversee and manage treatment plans for patients with blood disorders and solid tumors including administration of chemotherapy immunotherapy and supportive care.
- Round on hospitalized patients coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in weeknight and weekend beeper call coverage for urgent oncology and hematology issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR adhering to facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
