- Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to on-treatment patients including symptom management and treatment administration.
- Conduct follow-up visits for surveillance and survivorship patients monitoring for recurrence and late effects.
- Take first call for symptom support and treatment management during clinic hours escalating to MD as needed.
- Collaborate with a physician as part of a care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform patient assessments order and interpret diagnostic tests and document in MediTech EMR.
