- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone email and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware software printer network and connectivity issues.
- Support engineering and business applications including CAD GIS project management and productivity tools.
- Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops mobile devices and peripherals.
- Assist with software installations updates and user account management.
- Document incidents service requests troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior analysts and specialized support teams.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities including equipment setup and access provisioning.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while meeting service level objectives.
- Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Technology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk Desktop Support or Technical Support role.
- Basic understanding of engineering applications and workflows.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting engineering utility construction or infrastructure organizations.
- Exposure to applications such as AutoCAD Bentley MicroStation ArcGIS Bluebeam Autodesk products or similar engineering tools.
- CompTIA A Network or other relevant technical certifications.
