Heavy PackagerJob Type: Contract to HirePay: $18 hourHours: Monday Friday 7a-3pJob Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Heavy Packager to package bulk automotive parts according to customer specifications and quality standards. This is a fast-paced physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting of parts weighing 3050 lbs. along with repetitive bending pulling and standing throughout the shift. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail can accurately identify parts by number recognize damaged or non-conforming materials and read and follow work orders in English. A commitment to safety productivity quality and maintaining a clean work area is all materials related to consigned parts. Complete packaging tasks as per quoted standards. Pack bulk auto parts. Perform constant lifting of parts weighing between 30 and 50 lbs. Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas. Adhere to all safety regulations. Engage in repetitive lifting bending and include any other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Possess a high school diploma or equivalentAbility to identify parts by number. Ability to detect damaged or non-conforming stock. Basic math skills. Ability to read and understand work orders in English. Ability to handle physical demands of the job including constant lifting bending and pulling.
