What Youll Own

Culinary Innovation

Develop new menu items and limited-time offerings

Experiment with flavors ingredients toppings sauces and presentations

Create unique experiences that keep customers coming back

Identify trends and transform them into profitable menu offerings

Help establish Jungle Jims as a destination for pretzel innovation

Business Leadership

Lead the daily operation with an ownership mindset

Recruit train and inspire a high performing team

Manage scheduling labor inventory and food costs

Ensure outstanding product quality and guest experiences

Drive sales growth and operational excellence

Financial Performance

Take ownership of the locations P&L performance

Understand how decisions impact profitability

Manage expenses and maximize returns

Help shape promotional and merchandising strategies

Participate in profit-sharing tied to the success of the business

Customer Experience

Build relationships with guests

Gather feedback and turn insights into action

Create memorable experiences that generate excitement and repeat visits

Culinary Hospitality or Food Service degree preferred

ServSafe Certification preferred (training and certification can be provided)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and retail environment

Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional quality and customer service standards

Ability to work safely around commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation areas
