As Head Golf Professional at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort youll be the steady hand behind the golf shop and outside services operation that welcomes golfers from around the world. Youll lead the team that greets every guest books every tee time and outfits every round while shaping the programs events and service standards that define what it means to play golf here. Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to two Courses with a Mission: Bandon Preserve an award-winning par-3 course and Shortys which opened in 2024. All net proceeds from both courses fund the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation supporting communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

- Lead the golf shop and outside services team. Youll plan schedules set the tone for guest service and coach golf shop staff guest services and the starter/ranger team to keep pace of play and service standards on point.
- Own the guest experience from the first phone call. From booking tee times to handling questions and requests youll make sure every guest interaction in person or on the phone reflects the standard Bandon Dunes is known for.
- Run the retail side of the operation. Youll oversee golf shop merchandising purchasing and inventory and build sales programs that keep the shop stocked presentable and hitting its goals.
- Manage the numbers behind the golf operation. Youll help build and track operating and capital budgets monitor cash handling and keep an eye on the financial performance of the areas you run.
- Build the golf programs guests remember. Youll plan and lead individual and group lessons clinics and tournaments and work with outside groups and associations to schedule outings.
- Keep the operation running smoothly behind the scenes. That means opening closing and securing the shop and storage areas keeping the handicapping system and driving range organized and staying ahead of the details that guests never see but always feel.
