Pay & Perks

• $60000$70000 base salary

What Youll Do

Youll lead from the front - setting the tone building the team and driving results. This will look like:

• Leading your store with positive energy accountability and a focus on people and performance

• Hiring training and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift

• Creating schedules that supports both the business and your teams needs

• Keeping operations running smoothly

• Building future leaders and maintaining a strong internal bench

What You Bring

• 2 years of GM experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry

• Hospitality mindset - You have a passion for people culture and the guest experience

• Hands-on leadership style

• Calm flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

• Must be 21 years old

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
