DESIRED PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONSoPrevious coaching school club and/or college level coaching experience is highly Cheer CertificationsoAbility to provide leadership and organization for all levels of the high school to manage the program within the established philosophy and policies of the athletic department the school district and high level of knowledge regarding coaching techniques and evidence of the ability to convey effectively those techniques to young to communicate effectively with all elements of the school community including players parents other coaches officials and school in promoting a successful program to students faculty and PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONSoSkill in working with people in a positive high emphasis on student academic and social development in addition to physical and inspires student-athletes and coaches throughout the DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESoWorks to develop and maintain a successful program including in-season and seasonal and long-range goals for the assistants in a manner in line with the athletic department and school district policies. oMaintains open lines of communication with administration and promotes the policies of the athletic as a liaison between the school and community to promote a positive to balance day-to-day coaching and additional administrative an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical social and emotional development of students oInstructs individual participants small groups and the team as appropriate in the skills necessary for achievement in STUNT to teach the fundamentals of STUNT cheer in a manner that provides
