Job Summary
Key Functions:
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role within the Coastal Georgia Team tasked with contract administration and the implementation of harvesting and transportation strategies to align with planned volumes and market commitments. Responsibilities encompass a spectrum of duties including on-site verification of harvest plans negotiation of harvesting contracts supervision of harvest operations ensuring contractor safety compliance merchandizing and optimizing product utilization maintaining timely system updates monitoring contract performance ensuring quality in thinning operations enforcing environmental compliance addressing contract noncompliance and performance issues and managing logging road maintenance activities. This role serves as a cornerstone in facilitating the success of Wood Flow Marketing Silviculture Planning and Geographic Leaders in achieving their annual plans and objectives.

About Weyerhaeuser Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $58830 - $104095 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours
