We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) BillingCenter (BC) and ClaimCenter (CC) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership solution design architecture guidance and hands-on development support for enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation programs.
This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire application architecture integrations configuration cloud modernization and Agile delivery methodologies. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers QA teams and product owners to deliver scalable secure and high-performing insurance solutions.
SKILLSREQUIRED
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end design development and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
Define technical architecture development standards coding best practices and design patterns.
Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards.
Drive solution design discussions and technical decision-making.
