Guest Service Representative

The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome arriving guests verify registration data assign rooms and efficiently process departures.
• Brand Ambassador: Anticipate guest needs provide local recommendations and deliver the energetic high-touch service that defines the Aloft brand.
• System Management: Utilize the Property Management System to manage reservations room assignments and guest billing.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally ensuring complete satisfaction before the end of your shift.
• Communication: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless room readiness and guest service.

• Experience: 2 years of hotel Front Desk experience and/or Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred.
• System Knowledge: Experience with Stay PMS is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility: A strong commitment to open evening scheduling and a 7-day work week availability.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills a polished presentation and a passion for hospitality.
