Title: Guest Relations Coordinator (PART TIME)

About The Role:

At Goodstone the Guest Relations Coordinator serves as a host and experience owner responsible for delivering thoughtful personalized service from arrival through departure. You will play a key role in shaping each guests stay ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth attention to detail and elevated standards of a boutique luxury property. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch guest-facing environment and takes pride in creating memorable seamless experiences.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary on-property host welcoming guests and setting the tone for their stay
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey
Coordinate arrivals departures and daily guest touchpoints with precision and care
Collaborate across departments (culinary housekeeping grounds) to ensure a seamless experience
Curate and coordinate guest experiences including dining activities and special occasions
Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and add-ons
Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain detailed and accurate guest information to support personalized service
Uphold brand standards and contribute ideas to continuously elevate the guest experience

What We Are Looking For:

1 years of hospitality or high-touch customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
Close attention to detail and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to anticipate needs rather than react to requests
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Confidence using computer systems and learning new platforms
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

What Sets You Apart:

Experience in boutique luxury or experience-driven hospitality environments
Concierge reservations or guest engagement experience
A natural host mindsetyou enjoy engaging with guests and creating meaningful moments
Comfort with suggesting and enhancing guest experiences in a thoughtful non-salesy way

Schedule and Expectations:

Part Time
Weekend and holiday availability required
This is a highly guest-facing role requiring flexibility energy and a consistently positive presence

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Frequent standing walking and navigating stairs throughout the property
Regular use of hands for handling materials systems and guest interactions
Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Maintain a polished professional presence in a guest-facing environment at all times

Additional Information:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities
Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and guest expectations
