Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of growth marketing strategies targeting the health plan segment within the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of the unique factors influencing pharmacy leaders at managed care organizations as they evaluate and select PBM partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on health plan clients ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand market trends.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored todifferent stagesof thedecision-making funnel from awareness through retention.
- Analyze market insights to inform campaign strategy messaging and channel selection with a focus on the priorities ofdecision makers.
- Produce thought leadership content including webinars blogs white papers and case studies to position the organization as a trusted resource for decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with sales product and analytics teams tooptimizecampaign performance and ensure cohesive messaging across all employer-facing touchpoints.
- Track measure and report on campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies anddemonstrateROI.

Education and/or Experience
BS/BA and 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of SME in respective areas
Computer Skills
High proficiency in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint; Office 365

- Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for HR and benefits audiences.
- Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiencywith marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools preferred.

Work Location
This position works on-site at the San Diego Headquarters or other company location (or from a remote location with management approval based on business requirements). Must provide adequate support to internal clients; be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees colleagues clients or vendors; as well as be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Working Hours
This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights weekends or on holidays as required. Work hours may be changed from time to time to meet the needs of the business. Typical core business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

This position requires domestic travel of up to 15% of the time.
