Growth Associate

A Series A research lab (founded 2025) investigating the boundaries and capabilities of AI through novel datasets and experimentation. Its customers are the foundation model labs and the team serves all of the frontier AI labs.

Based in San Francisco and backed by top investors (including Y Combinator and BoxGroup ex-partners from Lightspeed and Index Ventures and senior leadership from Google DeepMind and Meta GenAI). Founding team brings backgrounds from Jane Street Meta Citadel Securities Google Goldman Sachs Morgan Stanley Silver Lake BAIR and SAIL.

Hiring a Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert supply engine powering frontier AI training. Youll own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines to grow the expert network from 100K to hundreds of thousands and beyond. This blends GTM automation engineering talent acquisition operational excellence and distribution technical operational and strategic working directly with the founding team designing scalable systems running experiments recruiting elite experts and operators building automation stacks and driving brand amplification.

Fundamentally a high-agency generalist role. The strongest hires own things end to end figure things out on their own and thrive in high-pressure fast-paced environments. Sourcing can be taught; whats hard to teach is diligence initiative and competitive drive.

• Build optimize and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines
• Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and bring on professionals from diverse industries
• Manage concurrent recruiting workflows to deliver high volumes of qualified experts
• Run experiments on funnel performance and iterate on what scales
• Recruit elite experts and operators into the expert network
• Build the automation stack (Clay Instantly Apollo Zapier custom scripts and scrapers) that makes scale possible
• Drive brand amplification across channels

1. Experience scaling talent networks or marketplaces OR outbound sales / lead-generation experience
2. Demonstrated track record of elite operational execution
3. Analytical rigor comfortable modeling funnels and pipeline analytics
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication
5. High agency resourcefulness and competitive drive
6. US-based with unrestricted work authorization (US citizen or green card). No sponsorship no OPT no CPT.
7. 13 years of experience

• Proficiency with automation / GTM tooling (Clay Instantly Apollo Zapier scripts scrapers)
• Willingness to operate in a 67 day startup cadence
• Passion for frontier AI and ambition to build category-defining systems
• Prior startup growth sales ops or marketing experience
• Strong school

Employment: Full-Time Location: San Francisco CA In-person Experience: 13 years
Compensation: $80000$110000 base plus bonuses ($100000$130000 range). No visa sponsorship (US citizen or green card only).
