Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
This role will be to ensure clinical flow is maintained from scheduling patient intake paperwork vitals to exam room hygiene and scheduling support.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work and registered as a Nurse Aide by the North Carolina Board of Nursing or currently in a Nurse Aid Program.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in pediatric clinics therapy offices or developmental programs Familiarity with insurance verification and patient billing processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassion for working with families navigating developmental and medical concerns Bilingual (Spanish)
