• • Lead environmental monitoring (EM) activities including sampling of compressed gases water systems and cleanroom environments.
  • Conduct microbial identification and testing of commercially prepared culture media.
  • Maintain and analyze microbiology productivity databases; prepare monthly metrics and trend reports.
  • Investigate microbiological deviations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Review and verify microbiological data to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize LIMS for sample tracking test results and reporting.
• Leadership & Operational Oversight
  • Mentor microbiology analysts promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning.
  • Manage onboarding training and development of new staff in EM and microbiology protocols.
  • Coordinate scheduling and task allocation.
  • Apply Lean principles to improve lab workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients ensuring timely communication and project execution.

Qualifications :

• • Bachelors degree in Microbiology Life Sciences or a related field.
  • 6 years of microbiology lab experience including environmental monitoring in a GMP-regulated setting.
  • 6 years of experience leading technical or laboratory teams.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological testing EM protocols and lab compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to coach staff manage lab operations and drive team performance.
