You will educate encourage and empower participants while promoting healthy lifestyles and delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires strong instructional skills the ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness ResponsibilitiesLead safe effective and engaging group fitness classes for members and guests of varying fitness proper exercise techniques movement patterns and class modifications and progressions to accommodate individual fitness a welcoming positive and professional atmosphere for all members and guests by name whenever members in achieving their wellness and fitness goals through education and the cleanliness and organization of fitness studios and clean and sanitize equipment appropriately to emergencies and administer CPR or first aid when all safety operational and service required meetings training sessions and continuing education School Diploma or equivalent Certification six months of experience in a professional fitness center wellness facility health club or studio certification from an accredited fitness organization knowledge of exercise science fitness instruction proper exercise technique and participant communication and guest service to work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and RequirementsAbility to demonstrate exercises movements and class formats for extended to stand walk bend stretch lift and move throughout scheduled maintain a professional level of physical fitness appropriate for instructing to assist participants and provide hands-on guidance when Our Wellness TeamIf you are passionate about fitness enjoy motivating others and thrive in a luxury hospitality environment we encourage you to apply and become part of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
