Groundsworker

Come be the spark at Warm Hearth! Were looking for a dedicated Grounds Worker. This position will be part of a team responsible for the upkeep of the grounds Village-wide. Previous experience in planting trimming mulching weeding and snow removal will be helpful as will knowledge of using mowers weed eaters trimmer chainsaw pressure washer and all grounds-related hand tools.

This is a FT position with an expected schedule of 7:00am 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Some overtime will be required contingent of winter weather. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to walk at least 2 hours per day. Lifting and moving up to 50lbs.

Valid Drivers License and Background check required.

Expected pay rate is competitive. We also offer a robust benefits package. Pay Range:

• 15.00 to 16.00 per hour.

Preferences:

• One year of experience in groundskeeping especially in an apartment townhome or retirement community.
