Looking for consistent part-time work in Norman University Partners is hiring a Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness curb appeal and overall appearance of our apartment community. Job Purpose

The Porteris responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness safety and overall appearance of the community grounds andcommon areas. This role supports maintenance operations through light maintenance tasks trash management and daily property inspections to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents guests and staff.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents guests employees and vendors.
• Clean andmonitortrash and recycling areas to ensure cleanliness and prevent overflow.
• Maintain cleanliness of exteriorcommon areas breezeways walkways andamenity spaces.
• Remove debris litter and pet waste fromgroundsdaily.
• Assistwith pressure washing of buildings sidewalks andcommon areasas directed.
• Perform minor landscaping tasks not covered by vendors.
• Assistwith minor work orders such as drain clearing door batteries and garbage disposal resets.
• Assistwith unit punch walks during move-in and move-out periods.
• Delivernotices packages or correspondence to residents whenrequested.
• Assistvendors and contractors working on-site.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concernsimmediately.
• Maintain inventory awareness and notify supervisor when supplies are low.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in property appearance.
• Ability tomaintaina neat and organized property and landscape.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning product instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skillsincludingmeasurement conversions addition subtraction multiplication and division.
• Strong communicationand customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors invaryingweather conditions.
• Ability to work under pressure including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry 10pounds regularly.

Education & Experience

• Less than high school education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Up to six months of groundskeeping janitorial or maintenance-related experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

• Validdrivers license may berequiredbased on property operations.

• Success in this role is measured by cleanliness standards turnover quality and speed attention to detail reliability and teamwork
