• Maintain outdoor properties and perform physical support tasks to keep grounds clean safe and attractive

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities helping track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved

• Loading and unloading materials or products

• Cleaning and preparing work areas

• Operating basic tools or equipment

• Assisting maintenance technicians as needed

• Moving supplies equipment or furniture

• Performing general maintenance or cleanup

• Groundskeeping and outdoor labor

• Job site cleanup

• Material handling

• Demolition support

• Recordkeeping: Skill in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking and improvement purposes

• Must have an unrestricted drivers license a working cell phone and reliable transportation

• High School diploma or GED

• Work is performed in a variety of environments and requires the ability to operate standard maintenance tools

• Must stand walk and sit; talk or hear both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger handle or feel objects or controls; and reach with hands and arms

• Regularly required to stoop kneel frequently bend crouch and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception color vision and the ability to adjust focus

• Must have the ability to operate a vehicle to visit and perform property inspections

• Ground maintenance work is done outdoors in all weather conditions. Some work is seasonal available mainly in the spring summer and fall
