What We Offer

• Weekly Pay: $15.50 per hour

• Schedule: Monday Friday (Get weekends off!)

• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Grounds Keeper Tasks & Duties

• Perform daily landscaping tasks including trimming weed eating pulling weeds and occasional mowing.

• Conduct daily debris removal and pick up trash across the property.

• Keep shrubbery and trees trimmed; clean pedestrian surfaces and walls.

• Operate and maintain garden lawn and landscaping equipment.

• Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor (Rex) for daily tasks and any other duties assigned.

• Adhere to a strict check-in policy (must check in once a day for the first 30 days).

Grounds Keeper Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Experience: Must have prior experience operating a trimmer / weed eater. General landscaping and power tool experience is required.

• Background Check: Must pass a clean background check due to the specific security regulations of the client work site in Council Bluffs.

• Dress Code: Must wear durable jeans (strictly no rips holes or tears) an appropriate shirt and sturdy work boots.

• Success Metrics: Strong attendance proactive communication and a great attitude are absolute requirements to succeed in this role.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for long periods of time in varying weather conditions.

• Legal: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be authorized to work in the US.
