Job Summary
Lincoln Saltdogs is looking for a high performing results-oriented Individuals to join our team for the 2026 season to assist the groundskeeper with the upkeep of the Haymarket Park facility. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated hard worker and reliable. We offer flexible hours to work around class schedules as needed and on-the-job training no prior turf/landscape education or experience required!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Daily management and maintenance of our playing surfaces
• Daily maintenance of landscape areas inside and outside the complex
• Game preparation and repairs to our playing surfaces
• Practice setup and cleanup

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable responsible personable hard-working and detail-oriented
• Have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
