Job Summary
Beechmont Country Club located in Beachwood OH is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Assists with daily golf course maintenance and setup.
- Mows and maintains turfgrass and landscaped areas.
- Rakes and maintains bunkers.
- Trims edges and performs general grounds maintenance.
- Assists with course projects and improvements.
- Operates basic grounds maintenance equipment safely.
- Maintains a clean safe and professional work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team.
- Reliable hardworking and team-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Previous golf course landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Uniforms provided.
- Golf privileges on Mondays.
