Grave Shift Grinder (Plastic Manufacturing)

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time Hourly

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Grinder/General Laborers. In this role you will assist with the breakdown and recycling of plastic scrap materials used in the manufacturing of polyethylene liners for ponds and other industrial applications. • Feed plastic scrap materials into grinding equipment for recycling and reuse.
• Assist production team members with general labor tasks as needed.
• Monitor equipment and notify supervisors of any issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong work ethic reliability and attention to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

• Ability to lift carry push and pull materials weighing up to 75 lbs. with assistance from a supervisor.
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.

This position works a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) providing every other weekend off.
