We have an immediate opening for a full-time Graphic Designer. We are looking for a creative detail-oriented multi-tasker to join our team. As a graphic designer at AlphaGraphics you will be using the latest printing technology to help our clients effectively create and produce business cards stationery catalogs wall murals banners signs brochures forms and much more! The ideal candidate will have print production experience and possess the skills necessary to succeed in this fast-paced deadline-driven production environment. WEB DESIGNERS - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Here are the competencies we are looking for:

Design Skills - Generate creative design solutions. Interpret and translate ideas into tangible products. Apply design principles. Demonstrate attention to detail.

Design Speed - Produce designs quickly. Create artwork within the time frame that meets customer needs. Meet customer deadlines.
Software Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite of software programs including Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and Acrobat.
Problem Solving Skills - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Develop solutions that best fit the limitations of the situation.

Verbal Communication Skills - Able to speak clearly and persuasively with clients vendors and team members. Listen and ask questions. Respond well to questions. Participate in meetings.

Written Communication Skills - Write clearly and informatively. Edit work for spelling and grammar. Ability to write read and interpret written information.

Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities. Put success of team above own interests. Contribute to building a positive team spirit. Support everyones efforts to succeed.

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
