ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within a Production Artist / Apparel Digital Design team supporting licensed apparel for a professional womens basketball league. The team is still forming so youll help shape process alongside Design Excellence partners while owning day-to-day production art execution.

A production art specialist with a strong licensed-apparel background whos confident making logo and branding calls independently and comfortable working without every answer defined yet.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Production art execution for licensed apparel logos micro-branding and visual systems
Technical schematics for logos and trims
Cross-functional collaboration with a newly-forming design team
MUST-HAVE
5 years of experience in Production Art for Apparel
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience with licensed apparel visual systems and micro-branding
Confidence making independent logo/branding decisions in ambiguous still-forming team environments
Portfolio showing licensed-product work technical schematics for logos and trims and clear ownership of process
NICE-TO-HAVE
Interest or experience in basketball/womens professional basketball apparel; understanding of team/league demographics
Experience with cut-and-sew apparel and tee-shirts
TECHNICAL/SOFTWARE
3D experience CLO and AI design tools interest or hands-on experience valued
