Compensation: $18.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2000

Job Overview
The Grain Plant Operator supports seasonal grain handling operations by performing loading unloading storing and moving bulk commodities across the this role you will operate equipment complete inspections and assist with basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient grain flow. You will work in a physically demanding fast-paced agricultural environment where safety teamwork and reliability are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks vessels barges and railcars filling/reclaiming grain ground piles and various other grain handling tasks.
  • Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members.
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime weekends and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in cold or warm production settings including in guarded areas at heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet while wearing required PPE and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
    climbing bending and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation.
